- Full refund if cancelled before host approval
- No cancellation fees
After Host Approval (Payment Confirmed)
If you cancel after the booking is approved and payment is processed:
30 days or more before check-in
- Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of up to 7 days of daily rent (based on elapsed days since approval).
- Utilities: 100% Refunded.
- Service Fee: Non-refundable.
15 to 29 days before check-in
- Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of 10 days of daily rent.
- Utilities: 100% Refunded.
- Service Fee: Non-refundable.
Less than 15 days before check-in
- Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of 15 days of daily rent. (If total paid rent is less than 15 days, no rent refund).
- Utilities: 100% Refunded.
- Service Fee: Non-refundable.
After Check-in
- Non-refundable.
- If you need to move out early, please contact the host or support for potential early termination agreements, subject to host discretion.
