Before Host Approval

  • Full refund if cancelled before host approval
  • No cancellation fees

After Host Approval (Payment Confirmed)

If you cancel after the booking is approved and payment is processed:

30 days or more before check-in

  • Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of up to 7 days of daily rent (based on elapsed days since approval).
  • Utilities: 100% Refunded.
  • Service Fee: Non-refundable.

15 to 29 days before check-in

  • Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of 10 days of daily rent.
  • Utilities: 100% Refunded.
  • Service Fee: Non-refundable.

Less than 15 days before check-in

  • Rent: Refunded, minus a deduction of 15 days of daily rent. (If total paid rent is less than 15 days, no rent refund).
  • Utilities: 100% Refunded.
  • Service Fee: Non-refundable.

After Check-in

  • Non-refundable.
  • If you need to move out early, please contact the host or support for potential early termination agreements, subject to host discretion.

3. Cancellation by Host
