1.Before booking confirmation: the cancellation policy does not apply. Uncaptured payments are not charged, and already-settled payments are fully reversed.
2.After booking confirmation with 30+ days until check-in: rent is refunded after prorated deduction by elapsed days (up to 7 days), utilities are fully refundable, and the service usage fee is non-refundable.
3.After booking confirmation with 15-29 days until check-in: refund is calculated after deducting 10 days of rent, utilities are fully refundable, and the service usage fee is non-refundable.
4.After booking confirmation with fewer than 15 days until check-in: refund is calculated after deducting 15 days of rent, utilities are fully refundable, and the service usage fee is non-refundable.
5.After check-in: rent and utilities are non-refundable, and the deposit is settled under the separate deposit policy.

Stay Info

Located in a clean and pleasant neighborhood, please contact us if you are a university student, expatriate, exchange professor, or short-term business traveler looking for lodging. Breakfast and dinner are always served in a neat Korean buffet style on weekdays (except weekends) There is ample parking available, and internet and all utility costs are included. You only need to bring your suitcase and personal belongings. We provide a barbecue once a week. The house is very large with many rooms and bathrooms, so it is suitable for multiple people to come together. Families participating in summer camps or schooling are also welcome. I immigrated after working as a middle and high school English teacher in Korea for over 13 years, and I do my best to successfully guide students in their early study abroad journeys so that they achieve satisfactory university admission results. My experience raising two daughters (the younger is in 11th grade) and my past experience sending students studying abroad at an early age to good universities are valuable assets. I know you must be worried about the exchange rate these days, but please don't worry and contact me as we don't charge high fees for homestays!! Please inquire separately regarding early study abroad fees.
