[Accommodation Introduction] - This is another accommodation operated by Lara Guesthouse 1, with a price structured for good value (meals not provided). - There are noise-sensitive neighbors, so you may be asked to vacate without prior notice if noise is generated (footsteps on the stairs, door sounds, loud conversations). [Room Introduction] - Located at 162nd Street, you can cook meals with family and friends in the kitchen. There is a Korean grocery store nearby, and there is a 7-Eleven and a large park in front of the house, so it is good for taking walks. [Directions from the Airport] If you are coming from the airport, using public transportation involves a significant detour; searching for a route shows it takes over an hour. Therefore, I highly recommend searching on Google or Naver, or using a Korean taxi (Uber is expensive). It takes about 15 minutes from LaGuardia Airport to my house, and the fare is approximately $25. It takes about 30 minutes from John F. Kennedy to my house. [Accommodation Policy] - Due to accommodation policy, check-in may be difficult outside of regular check-in hours. If you do not check in within the regular check-in time, it will be considered a no-show, and your reservation may be cancelled and non-refundable. Please make sure to arrive on time for check-in. - If you will be checking in late, please contact the accommodation in advance. Solo stays by minors under the age of 19 may be restricted in accordance with accommodation policy. Travelers under the age of 19 may be required to be accompanied by a legal representative or submit a consent form from a legal representative, depending on the accommodation policy.
